Returns & Exchange
Exchange Policy:
Products bought from the Sensation store online store can only be exchanged through the Online Store, provided they are unused and still have their original label and tag. Exchanges are not offered unless an incorrect order was delivered or the product is faulty. This policy applies to local orders only.
- Products on Sale: Exchanges are only offered if an incorrect order was delivered.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Procedure:
Sensation store does not offer exchanges or refunds once an order has been processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if you received a wrong, faulty, or damaged item. In such cases, contact our customer service centre by emailing us at info@sensationstore.pk
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or call with tracking information. After the product has been shipped, our exchange policy applies. Sensation store reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items or pricing errors.
